One annual fee
A single annual fee per share covers property taxes, insurance, HOA dues, utilities, maintenance and concierge. Ancana manages the home year-round.
Stay, rent, swap or exchange
Use your weeks, rent them through Ancana, swap with other owners, exchange into Ancana's destinations in Mexico, Spain and Vail, or trade through Ancana's ThirdHome partnership.
