Planning
Before real estate, I advised families and family offices on wealth transfer. I can help you think through how a property fits your family's long-term plan.
My roots in Vail go back to before I was born.
My parents met on Chair 4.
Skiing was the center of our family life. We were weekend warriors from Boulder, and I worked my way onto the U.S. Ski Team, skiing moguls on the World Cup.

When I retired from skiing, I missed the structure and rigor of training. So I started racing bikes while working full time for Jeep Sports.
That hobby turned into ten years racing cross-country mountain bikes in the pro category, plus road and cyclocross. Discipline, process and work ethic are part of who I am.

I spent years as Program Director and Head Coach at Ski & Snowboard Club Vail, where kids I coached went on to the U.S. Ski Team and the Olympics. Today I coach SSCV’s Nordic Future Stars, and my favorite students are my own daughters.

Over the past two decades I’ve founded and helped grow companies in hospitality, fitness technology and the outdoor industry, and I’ve worked in finance on wealth transfer strategy. Through all of it, one thing has mattered most: relationships. I’m a connector, I’m discreet, and I’m in it for the long run.
People don’t buy homes here to be inside.
It’s first chair on a powder day. It’s a lunch ride before an afternoon of meetings, and a world-class trail that starts at your back door. Being outside every day is non-negotiable.

For our family, it’s skiing together. Darwin was on alpine skis at a year and a half, and Andi is right behind her. My parents are 80 and still my favorite people to ski with. Three generations on one chairlift: those are the core memories we want for our girls.

That’s how I think about real estate here. The right home isn’t just about the right price. It’s about how you will live here: how far you are from the lift, the trailhead, the school, and the people you want to be with. I’ll help you find the place that fits the life you want to live.
We live in EagleVail and we’re building a home in Minturn, so I’m making the same choices for my own family.
